I highly recommend Coach Tony and Tone Up Elite Training. We devoted a lot of time considering which AAU track club to choose for our daughters & we could not be happier that we picked Coach Tony. He helped our daughters improve their track & field skills and bring down their times. They gained so much strength & confidence training with Coach Tony and became better athletes because of him. Coach Tony planned out goals with our daughters, gave individual attention to each of them, suggested modifications to their style of training and still made practices fun for the kids. Our girls looked forward to going to practices and meets. Coach Tony focused on the strengths of each individual athlete and helped them separately, but at the same time made them realize how important being part of a team and teamwork really is. He goes above and beyond, he not only trains them physically, but prepares them to be mentally tough. Coach Tony truly cares about each athlete and wants them to succeed on the track and in school. Our daughters all went on to become successful Division 1 college athletes and we know they could not have done it without Coach Tony. We are grateful for his dedication to developing incredible, humble, and respectful athletes.
